220KV Power cable W/T Optic Fiber

Specification: Standard IEC 62067,GB/Z 18890-2002, also manufactured according to clients' technical requirement.

Application:  

1.Rated voltage U0/U:127/220kV, Max. voltage Um=252kV.

2.Max. long-term operating temperature of conductor 90°C.

3.Max. short-circuit temperature of conductor shall not exceed 250°C(5s Max.duration).

4.The ambient temperature under installation should not below 0°C, the min.bending radius ≥18D.(D means diameter).

Product Performance:

1.When the cable imposed 1.5U. voltage, it cannot be detected. discharge; when 2.5U. voltage imposed during 30min, cable cannot be breakdown.

2.Insulated cores not more than 5%(Tmax- Tmin/Tmax×100%≤5%).

3. 800mm² or above adopt segmentation structure.

4.No 30μm micro-hole on the insulation and no larger than 125μm opaque translucent dark and brown impurities no greater than 160μm.

5.Semi conducting layer jut is not more than 80μm, no 50μm micro-hole on the semi conducting layer and insulation interface.
