Application:

1.Rated voltageU0/U:64/110kV, Max. voltage Um=126kV.

2. Max. long-term operating temperature of conductor 90°C.

3. Max. short-circuit temperature of conductor shall not exceed 250°C(5s Max.duration).

4. The ambient temperature under installation should not below 0°C, Min bending radius 20×(d+D)(d for conductor diameter ,D for cable's ourter diameter )

Product Performance:

1. When the cable imposed 1,5Uo voltage, it cannot be detected discharge; when 2.5Uo voltage imposed during 30min, cable cannot be breakdown.

2. Insulated cores less than 5%, Tmax-Tmin/Tmax x 100%s=5%

3. 800 mm² or above adopt segmentation structure.

4. No 76 μm micro-hole on the insulation and 51-76 μm micro-hole less than 18pcs/10 m³ .

Rated voltage 110 kV XLPE insulated corrugated aluminum armored PVC category A flame-retardant Power Cable Appraisal Report

 

Apr, 15th.2012, China Federation of electric power enterprises organized and held a product appraisal meeting

on rated voltage 110 kV XLPE insulated corrugated aluminum armored PVC Cat. C flame-retardant Power Cable that

research and developed by Ningbo Orient Wires & Cables Company Limited in Ningbo city, Zhejiang. The Appraisal

Committee listened the company report about the researching conclusion, reviewed the appraisal data, investigated

and detected production site. And then reached the appraisal Suggestions are as follows:

1. The company provides complete, integrity, correct, unity identification data, meeting appraisal requirement, the

cable can product.

2.The cable passed electric power industry electrical equipment quality inspection center type testing, the

performance are all meet GB/T 11017—2002 (power cables with XLPE insulation and their accessories for rated

voltage of 110KV )and IEC 60840: 2004(Power cables with extruded insulation and their accessories for rated

voltages above 30 kV (U<(Index)m> = 36 kV) up to 150 kV (U<(Index)m> = 170 kV) - Test methods and

requirements) standard requirement. The cable passed field test and routine test.

3. The company adopts VCV Vertical cross linking production technology, and configured online Eccentricity

tester, the cable insulation eccentricity precede national standard.

4 The company has advanced and complete production equipments, complete testing means, can meet mass

production requirement.

5. The company passed GB/T 19001—2008 idt ISO 9001:2008 Quality management system certification, GB/T

24001—2004 idt ISO 14001:2004 Environmental management system certification, and GB/T 28001—2001(covers

OHSAS 18001:1999)Occupation health safety management system certification.

6. The cable has been in satisfied operation for more than one year.
